  • Jason Dunn
    Chief Executive Officer

    MApp Fin (FP)

    Jason joined Anne Street Partners in early 2015 and comes with nearly 30 years of financial services experience and 20 years of senior executive and leadership experience.

    Prior to joining Anne Street Partners, Jason headed the financial planning arm of St.George Bank, Bank of Melbourne and Bank SA Financial Planning during his 15+ year tenure within Westpac Banking Group. In this position, he led and implemented numerous programs in his capacity as National Westpac Financial Planning Client Value Program Director and National Head of Business Development, Consumer.

    Jason joined Anne Street Partners as General Manager, Strategy and Distribution and was appointed to Chief Executive Office in October 2017. His role is to drive Anne Street Partners purpose – to help all Australians create a brighter future.

    Jason’s personal achievements include multiple Ironman triathlons, including the Hawaii Ironman World Championships, two-time silver medallist at the Australian elite 100-kilometre Ultra-Marathon Championships, as well as a prestigious Silver Buckle at the Western States 100. Jason is also a motivational speaker, who shares his inspirational journey of fears, failures, sacrifices and lessons he has learned over the course of his career.

  • Sean Ward
    Head of Risk and Compliance

    ADFP, GradCertFP

    Sean comes to Anne Street Partners with a comprehensive understanding of the financial planning industry that has been developed from a career spanning over 13 years. Originally beginning his career as a Financial Adviser, he rapidly progressed to Responsible Manager for a medium sized AFSL.

    Additionally, Sean’s professional career has seen him lead numerous high-level projects, including a large-scale advice remediation program. Sean also has extensive experience working across multi-brand advice businesses where he was responsible for delivering large-scale strategic plans that developed high performing sales capability. Sean’s career has included being responsible for championing and leading change across a range of advice projects to support business vision and goals, while balancing the changing demands of the financial industry and client requirements.

    Sean’s passion for financial services is embedded in ensuring consistent delivery of quality advice outcomes for clients’ whilst embracing their best interests.

  • Gary Walker
    Head of Advice


    Gary comes to Anne Street Partners with a deep understanding of the Financial Planning industry that he has gleaned from a career spanning almost 20 years – with more than 10 years of leadership experience.

    Commencing as a Financial Adviser in a private practice some 20 years ago, Gary progressed to Managing Partner. Over the last five years Gary has worked at BT, one of Australia’s largest and leading Advice teams, leading a number of large scale transformation projects as well as leading Advice teams. Most recently, Gary built and led the BT Digital Advice business, which grew to 60 advisers working across a broad range of Advice mandates starting from limited scope right through to comprehensive advice. Gary believes that great quality advice is something that every Australian should have and that no other professional is able, or skilled to, create the depth of understanding and relationship with a client than a Financial Adviser.

  • Paul Johnston
    General Manager, Finance

    BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance, FCA, FCT, Dip FP

    Paul joined Anne Street Partners as General Manager, Finance in August 2017. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in financial management, business development, treasury and finance transformation and has led a number of major projects that have delivered improvements in processes, business growth and risk management.

    Originally starting his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Paul has previously held numerous senior finance based roles within the tobacco industry. He comes to Anne Street Partners with extensive level of international business experience where he worked across range of senior positions in the United Kingdom, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

    As Anne Street Partners continues to grow and broaden its relationships with business partners, Paul is looking forward to unlocking value across various revenue streams to drive further growth and assist the business in delivering brighter futures.

  • Daniel Carbone
    General Manager of Operations

    B.BgIntFin, GradDipAppFin (FP Major)

    Daniel joined Anne Street Partners in January 2016 as Advice Operations Manager and in May 2016 was appointed as General Manager of Operations. He comes with nearly 12 years’ experience in financial services from Australia and London.

    Prior to joining Anne Street Partners, Daniel held a number of roles with BT Financial Group (BTFG) in the wealth management division that included Paraplanning Operations Manager, Change Manager and Project Manager. During his four-year career at BTFG, he successfully implemented and delivered multiple process improvement and change initiatives and was awarded a prestigious opportunity whilst at Westpac to take part in a secondment with the Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnership for six weeks in Aurukun, Cape York.

    As General Manager of Operations, Daniel is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities in our business processes and functions to drive operational excellence and customer experience.
